  • [Fall 2023] Regarding SAY Program Official Transcript

  • Dear Fall 2023 SAY Program exchange and visiting students,

     

    Greetings from Yonsei OIA.

     

    Fall 2023 SAY official transcript will be available at Yonsei Portal from KST January 5th(Fri) 3PM, 2024 (change of schedule).

    All exchange and visiting students who attended SAY Program (Spring, Fall) can issue their own official transcript through Yonsei Portal(portal.yonsei.ac.kr).
    Starting from KST January 5th(Fri) 3PM, 2024, please login to Yonsei Portal(portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → click Academic Information System → click Grades → click Exchange Student Grades → Print.
     

    -For exchange and group visiting students, your transcript will be sent directly to your home university via email starting from KST January 5th(Fri) 3PM.

    -For UCEAP, CIEE, USAC, ISEP, SAF(IES Abroad), APRU students, your transcript will be sent to such institutions starting from KST January 5th(Fri) 3PM and they will have to distribute your transcript to your home universities.

    -For individual visiting students, you must print your own transcript. If it's necessary for our office to send a transcript to your home university directly, starting from January 8th(Mon), please notify us via email and provide a proper email address we should send your transcript to.

     
    All transcripts to your university/institution will be sent electronically via email only.
    Only if you wish your hard copy transcript to be sent abroad, please make an official request at https://oia.yonsei.ac.kr/intstd/exRequest.asp and pay the relevant delivery fee as guided below.
    The delivery process will not start until our office receives your wire transfer(please make sure the sender is your own name, otherwise we cannot match the record).
