Intensive Korean language courses are offered in 6 levels by the Korean Language Institute.

-Credits: 6

-Levels: 1 to 6 (KLI1001-02, KLI1002-01, KLI1003-01, KLI1004-01, KLI1005-01, KLI1006-01)

-Schedule: 4 to 6 pm, Mon-Fri (16 weeks)

Taking Korean language course is not a requirement for Yonsei, however, some students’ home institutions may have such a requirement. If you wish to enroll in this course, please register for this course during ROUND 2 (Aug 13-14) or course registration, as you will not be allowed to add this course after Aug 14.

For students who are enrolled in upper level Intensive Korean Language courses (Course codes: KLI1002 ~ KLI1006) it is necessary to take a placement test. The test will be held at the Korean Language Institute at 4pm on Sept. 3. Placement test result will be posted on Sept 4, and students may check their result by going to the KLI building. KLI course levels will be automatically adjusted based on test results.
