  • [2019 Spring] Before Semester Schedules(Orientation/Student ID Pickup/Seoul Tour)

    (All dates and times are according to the local time in Seoul, Korea.)

     

    1. Mandatory Student Orientation (IF YOU ARE CONTINUING STUDENT FROM LAST SEMESTER, YOU NEED NOT ATTEND THIS EVENT)

    When: February 26, 14:00 (entrance available from 13:30~)

    Where: Baekyang Hall Auditorium (building#310, 2nd floor)

    This orientation is designed to give you all the practical information you need to adapt to life in Korea and at Yonsei University, and the opportunity to establish some social network with other students. (If this is your second semester at Yonsei, you need not attend the orientation.) A Welcome Packet will be available for pick-up on-site, and if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen reasons, please visit our Office(Baekyang Hall S302) upon your arrival to receive the Packet.

    2. Student ID Pickup(IF YOU ARE CONTINUING STUDENT FROM LAST SEMESTER, YOU NEED NOT ATTEND THIS EVENT)

    When: February 25 ~ February 28 (09:00 ~ 16:00)

    Where: Wooribank, Student Union Branch (Bd#207, 1st floor – Please check the attached PDF)

    Please prepare your STUDENT ID NUMBER when receiving your student ID card.

    Your Student ID will be used when entering library and checking attendance throughout the semester.

    Also, your Certificate of Enrollment (necessary document for your ARC application) will be handed out.

    If you are unable to get your student ID card during above period, do notify study@yonsei.ac.kr for further instruction.

     

    3. First Step to Korea Seoul Tour

    When: February 27, 28 – two separate one-day tours

    Application: Sign up after student orientation with tour fee(40,000KRW for each tour – cash only)

    *Seats are limited to 72 for each tour, so I kindly ask for your understanding on limited capacity.
