  • Greetings from Yonsei Office of International Affairs.

     

    In order to prevent the spread of Novel Coronavirus, Yonsei University decided to change the academic schedule for 2020 spring semester as belows. We kindly ask for your active cooperation for everyone’s safety.

     

    Changes of Academic Schedule for 2020 spring semester

    - Course registration Period: February 17 ~ 21(Changed from February 10 ~ 14)

    - Beginning of Spring semester: March 16(Changed from March 2)

    - Add and Drop Period: March 19 ~ 23(Changed from March 5 ~ 7)

    - Last day of Spring semester: June 27(Changed from June 19)

    ※ Portal Log-in is available from 9 a.m. February 17(Changed from February 10)

     

    We will send you an email including the detailed schedule of new course registration period later.

    Please understand that it is necessary procedure in order to prevent the spread of infections and to protect students.

     

     

    On-Campus Housing

    On-campus housing(Dormitory) schedule has not been decided yet.

    Our housing office will send you an email once it is finalized. 

    Please contact the housing office(skghouse@yonsei.ac.kr) if you have any questions about the dormitory.

     

     

    Orientation

    Student orientation for Exchange/Visiting students for the spring 2020 semester has officially cancelled as a preemptive measure.

    We will upload the orientation materials(academic information, library guides, immigration issues, student club information) on our website for your convenience later.

    Student ID and certificate of enrollment will be distributed before the semester starts and we will inform you once we finalized the schedule and the venue.

     

     

    Current Situation in Korea

    We would like to tell you that Korean government is trying its best to prevent the spread of infections and infected people and suspicious virus holders are under control by the Korean government.
