    The 10th APRU Population Aging Conference  |  October 13-14, 2019
    The New Paradigm in the Era of the 100-year Life Span:
    The Search for Social and Scientific Solutions


    The rapid aging of populations has become a major concern for economies from across the Pacific Rim, particular Japan, which is entering the era of the 100-year life span.

    This Conference will address challenges unique to the Asia-Pacific region, share the latest research findings and initiatives to contribute to international aging policies, and raise public awareness.


    [Call for Abstracts]

    Scholars and experts are welcome to submit one abstract each.
    Please make sure the abstract has not been published at the time of submission. 
    Applications from postgraduate students and fellows are especially encouraged.

    Submit your abstract online.
    If you cannot access the online form, please fill in the Word document and send it with your abstract and a one-page slide to apru-aging@adst.keio.ac.jp before the deadline,
     June 28, 2019 (JST).

    [Key dates in Japan standard time]
    June 28 - Deadline for the abstract submission
    July - Conference registration open
    August 8 - Notifications will be sent to accepted participants after the selection
    August 30 - Accepted participants register to the conference
