  • University of Amsterdam: Conference on Critical Perspectives on Governance by SDGs

    2021.01.18 정규리 1300
  • Dear members of the Yonsei University,

We would like to invite you to the third Conference on Critical Perspectives on Governance by Sustainable Development Goals, taking place on the 26th and 27th of January. This edition focuses on SDG4: inclusive education for all. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the conference will largely be held online (and live-streamed!).

During this conference, you will have the opportunity to listen to keynote speakers and participate in various panel sessions in which the complex relationship between education and development is discussed in different formats (workshops, panels, roundtables and more). Overall, the conference provides a space to discuss the relevance of SDG4, and its related targets and indicators, as well as develop a better and critical understanding of the toolbox that is used to further its achievement.

For example, there is a plenary session and discussion on Community Learning and Inclusive Education in Developing Countries led by Sylvia I. Bergh or a panel discussion on Teacher Wellbeing and Safe Education Spaces in Conflict and Emergency contexts led by Mieke Lopes Cardozo, but including many other contributors. Here it is possible, and we highly recommend, to join in the conversation too.

For more information about the programme, see the flyer below or go to our website. We are also promoting a session a day on our LinkedIn profile, which you can follow here.

Registration is free of charge and now possible at hopin. We are looking forward to seeing you at the conference!
