  • Dear Spring 2024 SAY Program exchange and visiting students,

     

    Greetings from Yonsei OIA,
     
    Now that the Course Add & Drop Period ended today 5PM KST and your course list has been confirmed,
    only for those who need to be provided test accommodations as a student with disability(SWD) and special needs, please submit the following mandatory documents to our email(study@yonsei.ac.kr) by March 31st(Sun). Late submissions beyond this date will not be considered.
     
    1. Doctor's note(Medical certificate) and evidence related to the student's disability (in English or Korean, must be recently issued and official)
    2. Certificate of disability and accommodations issued by your current home university (in English or Korean, must be recently issued and official, must include signature of the home university's coordinator)
    3. (Personal Info) Test Accommodation Request form filled out (form attached)
    4. Test Accommodation Request form filled out (form attached)
     
    Our office will then officially notify Yonsei Center for Students with Disabilities(ablecenter@yonsei.ac.kr, 02-2123-3633) about your accommodations, and they will check whether you are eligible for the accommodations and assist you further by contacting the professors directly.
     
    For other accommodations that are not mentioned in the form, the student will have to talk with the professor directly and check whether your accommodation request can be met.
