On-Campus Housing: SK Global House & I House

SK Global House & International House can accommodate up to 880 students in double rooms with a mixture of Yonsei and international students. SK Global House accommodates up to 581 students and offers both single and double rooms while International House accommodates up to 232 students and offers double rooms. The international students' dormitories (Gukje Haksa) house students from all over the world in a multicultural atmosphere. The primary language used in both dormitories is English. It is conveniently located toward the East Gate, right in front of New Millennium Hall.

Differences between SK Global House and International House

As the residents of both dormitories can share the residential facilities, there is little difference in terms of facility and service provided except for the location of the bathroom; a private bathroom is located inside each room of SK Global House while the bathroom facilities are centrally located on each floor of International House. When it comes to the double rooms, the size of the double room in International House is a little bit larger than that of SK Global House. Also, the double room in SK Global House does not have refrigerators while that in International House does.

Who is eligible?

To be eligible for housing at SK Global House & International House, you must be admitted or enrolled at Yonsei University as an international student.

There are constructions going on right next to SK Global House & International House until August 2016. Please consider dust, silica & big noise exposures before SK Global House & International House application. The Dormitory will be offering limited service.
