Hello, everyone! We are IYC, International Yonsei Community.

 

We are here to host a Welcome Party for international students at Yonsei University finally after a three-year halt caused by Covid-19.

At the party, we have prepare various events, like dance-off and so on.

IYCians heartily welcome you, and we are looking forward to meet you, be friends, and enjoy a party the whole night.

To purchase a ticket for our party please follow the following instructions and turn in the google form attached in this notice!

<IYC Welcome Party> 

Date: 4 March 2023 (SAT)

Time: 07:00 pm - 02:00 am

Location: Yecheneung 예체능 (게임바예체능),

Ticket Price: 15,000 won (including welcome food)

Age: Born in 2004 or above. You MUST bring your ID card that shows the date of birth when you get the ticket!

 

 <Application Type>

1. 3/2-3/3 Selling Ticket Booth: We will set up the booth for 2 days from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm in front of Student Union Building and at the SK global house lobby. We will also distribute the tickets on these days. The ticket price is 15,000 won, including welcome food and coins for gaming machines. 
2. Tickets on Spot: The rest of the tickets will be sold on spot on March 4 from 7:00 pm. The ticket price is 15,000 won, including welcome food and coins for gaming machines. If there are no tickets left, you cannot enter unless there are people leaving, and seats are available. There can be longer waiting time.

 

<Payment Method> 

You can pay either in cash or transfer.

On March 2 and 3, you come to our booth, and pay first. Then we will give you the real ticket. You MUST keep the ticket and bring it on a party day to enter.

 

<Notice> 

1. This party is ONLY for Yonsei students regardless of nationalities (for safety concern). This means that Korean students also can enter, but overseas students will be prioritized.

2. The tickets will be non-refundable unless there is a good reason for cancellation.

3. We will hand out the tickets on March 2 and 3 at the booth in front of Student Union Building and at SK global house lobby. Only those born in 2004 or above can enter, so you MUST bring your ID card that shows the date of birth on these days.

4. Party starts at 7, but you can come whenever before the party ends.

5. You will be charged if you order something other than welcome food.

6. You MUST bring the real ticket to enter the party. Otherwise, you are prohibited to enter. The ticket is exchanged with the paper bracelet at the main gate. Re-entry is allowed with the paper bracelet.
