  • [Fall 2023] Upcoming Yonsei Events in September

  • Dear Fall 2023 SAY Program exchange and visiting students,

     

    Greetings from Yonsei OIA,

     

    1. Yonsei University student organization/club fair will be held as the following. Please feel free to stop by their booths if you are interested in joining their organization/club.

     

    -Date: September 13th(Wed)~14th(Thur), 2023

    -Time: 10AM~6PM

    -Venue: Baekyang-ro(main road) and in front of Student Union Building & Main Auditorium, Yonsei University Sinchon Campus

     

    2. All exchange and visiting students are welcome to attend the "Yonsei University-Korea University Joint Cheering event" which is expected to be held as the following:

     

    -Date: September 5th(Tue), 2023

    -Time: 6PM~10PM

    -Venue: Amphitheater, Yonsei University Sinchon Campus

    -Wear blue to show Yonsei spirit!

    -The amphitheater will be divided into sections per each department; exchange and visiting students can stay at the OIA section(~30 seats) within the amphitheater.

         

     

    3. All exchange and visiting students are welcome to attend the "Yonsei University-Korea University Games" which is expected to be held as the following:

    No separate tickets are required for the 2 events below.

    - Rugby: 11:00AM at Goyang Sports Complex(고양종합운동장)

    - Soccer: 2:00PM at Goyang Sports Complex(고양종합운동장)

     

    We are sorry to announce that for Baseball, Basketball, and Ice Hockey, which require separate tickets for entrance, there are no tickets available for exchange and visiting students due to limited seats in the arena.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your kind understanding.
